Massasoit 64, Bunker Hill 33

The Lady Warriors defeated Bunker Hill Community College by a score of 64-33 to improve their record to 8-3. The Warriors jumped off to a quick 4-0 lead and never trailed in the game. With the score 13-11 with just over 10 minutes to go, the Warriors went on a 21-6 run to end the half leading 34-17. The second half was similar to the first as the Warriors outscored their opponents 30-16 to cruise to a victory. Leading all scorers was Amanda Dutcher with 16 points. Joneiha Veiga added 15 points and 11 rebounds, while Shaleeka Rogers chipped in with 8 points and 9 rebounds. The Lady Warriors take on the Holyoke Cougars next on Saturday at 1:00 PM in the Asiaf Field House.
